Brittany's weight loss smoothie
Ingredients:
1/4 cup or less prune juice
1 1/2 T Peanut Butter Powder (this is also really yummy if you use a vanilla slim fast)
1 whole banana, or 1/2 cup of fruit of your choice
1 cup or 8-9 cubes ice
1 cup water
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy. This recipes a 24 - 26 oz drink.
