4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
3/4 c. mayo
1 box chicken flavored rice (put in dry)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
13 oz. evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced green peppers
1 c. chicken broth
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
