1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 T. water
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 package chocolate chips
1 package coconut (optional)
Mix the brown sugar, sugar, and shortening. Add the water and eggs. Mix in all the dry ingredients. Add the chocolate chips and coconut. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
